About this exercise

Scaling a recipe up or down.

How to solve it

Find the factor between the servings you want and the servings given, then multiply every ingredient by it.

Worked example

Doubling a recipe for 4 to serve 8 turns 300 g of flour into 600 g.

Common mistake

Scaling only some of the ingredients. Every quantity has to change by the same factor.
